Simply ship the broken product back to us.
We will repair or replace at no charge,
You only pay for the shipping back to our office.

To reject a claim if it is determined there was
Damage to the product that does not seem
To be associated with regular normal use
Of the product.
Once we receive the defective unit,
You will be notified within 24 hours
Of receipt as to the status of your claim.
